Reflecting on the common symbology in my work, “Curiosity Capsule” represents the transformation of an emotional metamorphosis. A body lies across the bottom and transforms into a moth rising above. Passing an interlude with the message “metamorphosis”, the final formation of this moth creature now frankensteined with a human head and expanded growing wings. Returning back to a void of vine-like formations, the cycle continues. The narrative can be read both ways across the glass jar.
