The Hallucinogenic Alchemy of Antheraea expresses an emotional metamorphosis manifested with the overwhelming feeling of freedom that one experiences when they find themselves with nothing left to lose. Through Antheraea moth figures transforming and infinitely migrating throughout the piece, they symbolize determination, attraction, psychic abilities, and faith being drawn to the light. The notion of a visceral renewal of self concept occurs in perpetual cycles across the three panels. Collectively, this mental reincarnation is about the experience of looking inwards to yourself, where existence precedes essence.
